Consists of an 11 unit efficiency apartment complex (Project Home) and community oriented units for disabled single adults. In addition to a subsidized efficiency apartment, the case management and life skills team work intensively with the individuals who are looking to regain stability in their lives and not go back to the streets.
Is a 24 month program for disabled families who are homeless. In addition to a rent subsidy, the case management and life skills team provide the necessary support and guidance to help the families obtain housing and stabilize their lives and remain in that housing.
Financial Assistance Program:
Is longer term financial assistance with case management to help the families and individuals stay in their existing housing until they can regain financial stability. These are community members who have suffered a financial setback due to issues beyond their control such as a longer term injury, illness or loss of job. It is funded solely with community donations so has the flexibility to assist the households where needed most.
